Help & Support
Where to find documentation and how to reach the Inkwren team.
The Help Section
At the bottom of the sidebar — below the Manage section, on desktop and in the mobile menu — you'll find a Help section:
- Docs opens this documentation site in a new tab.
- Contact Support starts an email to the Inkwren support team.
- Send Feedback opens a form for sending the Inkwren team a bug report, idea, or note.
The difference between the last two: use Contact Support when you need something and expect a reply. Use Send Feedback when you're telling the team something — a reply is welcome but not promised.
Contacting Support
Click Contact Support in the sidebar under the Help section. It opens your email app with a new message addressed to support@inkwren.com, with the subject prefilled. There's no in-app form — support is a direct email conversation, and replies arrive in your inbox.
Use Contact Support when you need something and expect a reply: a question the docs don't answer, a problem with your account or billing, or anything urgent.
Some pages also offer contextual support links — for example, the import concierge and the trial-expired, subscription-cancelled, and email-verification screens. These go to the same address with a subject line that tells the team where you were, so use them when they're offered.
Sending Feedback
Click Send Feedback in the sidebar under the Help section. A window opens right where you are:
- Pick a category under What kind of feedback? — Something's broken, I have an idea (the default), I love something, or Other
- Write your message (up to 5,000 characters, with a live character count)
- Click Send Feedback
A "Feedback sent — thank you!" confirmation appears and the window closes. If sending fails, your message is preserved so you can try again.
A few things to know:
- Your current page, workspace, and plan are attached automatically — you don't need to describe where you were.
- Feedback goes to the Inkwren team by email, and there's no in-app history or status to check. The team may reply to the email address on your account.
- For urgent account problems, use Contact Support instead — feedback isn't monitored as a support queue.
- Sending is limited to 5 messages per 15 minutes; past that you'll be asked to slow down.
Finding Answers in the Docs
Before writing in, the answer may already be here:
- The FAQ covers common questions about accounts, plans, and features.
- Troubleshooting has solutions to common issues.
- The Complete Guide indexes every feature's documentation.
Tips
- Check the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages first: The fastest answer is the one that's already written down.
- Use the contextual links when you see them: They prefill a subject line that tells support exactly which situation you're writing about, which speeds up the reply.
- Feedback works even when your account is read-only: If your trial ended or your subscription lapsed, Send Feedback still works — you can always reach the team.
